Mansfield Manufacturing Company Limited was established with primary focus on tools and die fabrication
1978
Mansfield Manufacturing Company Limited was formally registered as a limited company in Hong Kong with its manufacturing base set up in Kwai Chung, focusing on tools & die fabrication and progressive die stamping.
1980s
1985
Lens Tool and Die (HK) Limited was established in Hong Kong
1989
Go Smart Development Limited was established in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong Headquarter and all production lines were moved to Che Wah Industrial Building, Kwai Chung
1990s
1991
The first factory in China was set up in Yantian, Dongguan.
1996
Due to business expansion, the second factory at Dongguan was set up and all production lines in Hong Kong were moved to Dongguan.
2000s
2000
Feng Chuan Tooling Company Limited was established in Hong Kong to expand tooling business overseas.
Magix Mechatronics Company Limited, a joint venture with Yagi Kinzoku Japan was established to expand into the assembly business.
2001
Feng Chuan Tooling (Dongguan) Company Limited at Yantian, Dongguan came into operation officially.
2002
Sun Mansfield Manufacturing (Dongguan) Company Limited was set up at Tangxia in order to centralize the entire metal stamping business in Dongguan.
Mansfield (Suzhou) Manufacturing Company Limited was registered in Jiangsu Province, China with the aim of developing metal stamping business in the Yangtze River Delta Region.
Magix Mechatronics (Dongguan) Company Limited was set up in Dongguan, China
2003
Dongguan Mansfield Metal Forming Company Limited was set up at Tangxia, Dongguan
Munekata, a Japanese enterprise, became a shareholder of Magix Mechatroncis Company Limited and jointly developed TV component assembly business with us.
2005
Feng Chuan FCT Park was officially opened at Yantian, Dongguan.
The new production plant of Mansfield at Dongguan was officially opened to support the Group’s development of auto parts business.
2006
Production sites for Mansfield Suzhou and Magix Dongguan were acquired as the pioneer of the Group’s investment project.
2007
Magix Mechatronics (Dongguan) Company Limited was integrated to the Yantian Production Plant at Dongguan to strengthen the development of assembly business.
2009
Production facilities at Mansfield Suzhou and Magix Dongguan were officially put into operation.
2010s
2011
Mansfield Manufacturing (Wuhan) Company Limited was registered in Hubei Province, China with the aim of developing metal stamping business in the Hubei and Wuhan region.
2012
Metal processing and mechanical assembly businesses were opened up to promote the Group’s market position further. To cater for market demand, significant amount of capital was invested in high tech machinery and equipment (such as cold forging, CNC mechanical processing and product service processing).
2013
Merged Dongguan Mansfield Metal Forming Company Limited operation with Sun Mansfield Manufacturing (Dongguan) Company Limited operation.
2014
Set up Mansfield Technology (Taiwan) Company Limited
Mansfield Manufacturing Company Limited acquired the 1.76% minority shareholding from Munekata, making Magix Mechatronics Company Limited a wholly-owned subsidiary after the transaction.
2015
Set up Anhui KM Technology Company Limited in China, a joint venture with Konka of China in January 2015.
Moved Feng Chuan Tooling factory from Yantian, Fenggang to Tangxia in May 2015.
2017
March, Mansfield(Thailand) Co., Ltd was set up in Thailand.
September, Mansfield Technology (Weihai) Co.,Ltd. was set up in Weihai City, Shandong Province, China.
In Dec 2017, Magix Mechatronic(Dongguan) Company Limited was certified as NEW AND HIGH-TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISE.
2018
In Nov 2018, Feng Chuan Tooling(Dongguan) Company Limited was certified as NEW AND HIGH-TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISE.
2019
The operation of Mansfield Weihai failed to meet the investment expectation due to the business environment change and it has therefore been cancelled in April 2019.
