Mr. Lou Yiliang was appointed Executive Director of InnoTek and Chief Executive Officer of InnoTek’s Mansfield Group on November 2, 2015. He is also Chairman of Konka Precision Mould Plastic Co. Ltd., which has a 51:49 joint venture company, Anhui KM Technology Co., Ltd., with Mansfield Manufacturing Co. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Innotek.

Born in Shanghai, Mr. Lou has deep experience in the consumer electronics and home appliances businesses in Asia. He started his career as an entrepreneur in the 1980s by helping to procure Toshiba consumer electronic products from Japan to China. The business helped pave the way for the transfer of technology from Toshiba in Japan to major Chinese manufacturers of TV sets and other consumer electronics. These included Chang Hong, Haier, Hisense and Konka.

In 2000, Mr. Lou set up Toyo Communication Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., which makes and assembles printed circuit boards and provides electronic manufacturing services. He remains Chairman and CEO of the company, which is preparing for a listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

In 2006, Mr. Lou formed a joint venture with major TV manufacturer Konka to develop precision moulds for TV and office automation components as well as automotive products. The joint venture boasts revenues of about RMB500 million.

Besides Chinese, Mr. Lou is also proficient in Japanese.

Mr. Ippei Okura was appointed as Group Director of Mansfield Group in Dec.2015.

Mr. Okura worked at the National Laboratory for High Energy Physics (KEK) on scientific and technology research for four years from 1989 to 1993. Then, he joined Toyoichi Tsusho Co., Ltd. in 1993, and was engaged in technical cooperation and trade between China and Japan. After that, he has assumed the position of the Director at Shenzhen Konka Precision Mould Plastic Co., Ltd. since 2006, and the Managing Director at Anhui KM Technology Co., Ltd. since Dec. 2014.

Mr. Okura graduated from the Graduate School of Tokyo Gakugei University and holds a Master’s degree in science.

Mr. Ukawa Masatsugu joined Mansfield Group as a GM Internal Audit Dep,Director in Dec.2015。From April 2018, He is as a Chief Administration Officer （CAO）for Group Administration Departement.

Before came to Mansfield Group,He once worked for Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. and engaged in the business of Investment Banking for 25years(1986 to 2010),. Mr. Ukawa was the resident COO and CEO of investment consultant company in Beijing, China from the year of 1993 to 2008 .In 2010-2015 , Mr.Ukawa attended KITO Co., a professional crane equipment manufacturing company, as a director leading on the business in China and a DGM，GM of a subsidiary in China (Jiangyin　KITO　Crane　Co.,and Shanghai KITO Crane Co.,Ltd).

Mr.ukawa graduated from Japan’s WASEDA University.

Ms. Ivy Neo Meow Khim joined Mansfield (Suzhou) Manufacturing Company Limited as Financial Controller in May 2014. After a year and a half, she was re-designated as Finance Director of Mansfield Group where she oversees the Group’s financial affairs and corporate functions. Ms. Neo was transferred to the headquarter of InnoTek Limited in Singapore and re-designated as Finance Director there in July 2021.

Ms. Neo has over 30 years of financial exposure with more than 10 years working experience in the manufacturing environment in the PRC. Prior to joining Mansfield, Ms. Neo was with various companies including Sino- American Joint Venture, Yaguang Nypro Precision Molding (Tianjin) Co. Ltd, Celestica Holdings (HK) Ltd, Thomson Multimedia Co Ltd, Keppel Shipyard and Singapore Press Holdings.

Ms. Neo graduated from Victoria University of Australia with a Master of Business Administration (Accounting) and is an associate member of the Australian CPA.

Mr. Song Lei joined Mansfield Group as General Manger of Mansfield Suzhou on Aug.1, 2016. He worked in EVA-Group for 18 years (1998 - 2016), holding the post of General Manager of Eva Precision Industrial (Suzhou) Co., Ltd from 2007 to 2014 and CEO of OA & Electronic Department of EVA Group from 2014 to 2016.

Mr. Song Lei was born in 1974 and graduated from Liaoning Shihua University.

Mr. Xiong Guang joined Mansfield Group on Nov. 21, 2007, during this period, he served as Quality Manager, Operation Manager, Senior Quality Manager and Executive Deputy General Manager of Sun Mansfield Dongguan, now he is the General Manager of Sun Mansfield Dongguan.

He has rich experience in Quality and Operation management, and has obtained the following titles: certificated Quality Engineer of PRC, Six Sigma Black Belt and Professional qualification certificate management consultant of PRC. During his tenure in Mansfield, he successfully implemented the Contracted Operation, greatly improved the production efficiency, reduced the operation cost, enhanced the competitiveness of the company, and established the automobile quality management system of Mansfield.

Mr. Xiong Guang graduated from South China University of Technology with certificate of Master Degree and certificate of Graduation.

Mr. Haiyan Wang joined Mansfield group in November 2020 as the Group sales director.

In the earlier period, he had worked for Emerson Electric (China) as the China Sales Manager of Emerson Appliance Solutions. Since 2002, he has been working in China automotive industry for nearly 20 years while worked in the different European and American companies with management roles in sales and marketing, business development, project management, M&A and leading a China business. He used to work for Shanghai Yanfeng Visteon Automotive Electronics, Shanghai Behr Thermal Systems, Johnson Controls Electronics (China), Valeo Automotive Electrical Systems (Shanghai) ， Antolin (China) 和Chongqing Boao Industrial Co. as the Head of Sales and Marketing, Director of Sales, Director of China Business Unit, and Vice president of China Sales and Business Development respectively.

Mr. Haiyan Wang graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University (BS) and Shanghai University (MS).
