After six months, Mansfield Surface Treatment (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. ("MST") officially completed the intense construction and commenced operation on March 1, 2025.
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mansfield Group, MST has invested approximately RMB 20 million for a modern factory specializing in anodizing processing, with an annual standard production capacity (calculated based on TV bezels) of over 36 million pieces.
The company has built a large-size fully enclosed automatic anodizing line with 73 tanks and a semi-automatic line with 55 tanks. The tanks are with width from 1 to 5 meters, which can meet the mass production requirements of large-size products while satisfying the needs of small quantities and diverse types.
After operation, while coping with the internal demand within the group, the company still has more than 60% of capacity to undertake external orders, opening up new channels for the diversification of the group's business.
