After decades of development, the group has formed five major stamping production sites which are respectively in Dongguan, Suzhou, Wuhan, Chuzhou, and Thailand, with a production area of about 200,000 square meters. We operate more than 700 sets of stamping equipment ranging from 25 tons to 3,000 tons, covering various progressing methods such as precision single punching, progressive stamping, hydraulic, deep drawing, and inner-tooling transfer. The group continuously provide precision structural components and supporting services for industries of office automation equipment, automotive and new energy, servers, medical equipment, and others.
In recent years, the group has also been committed to improving its automation. Currently, the loading rate of robotic arms has exceeded 50 percent. We have also equipped with MES (Manufacturing Execution System), automated warehouses, fully automated testing equipment, etc., continuously achieving modernization and informatization of production. In addition, the group continues to explore the extension of the industrial chain, both upstream and downstream, and actively invest in secondary processing technologies such as automated cleaning lines, automatic powder spraying lines, welding, and riveting , striving to provide customers with a complete one-stop solution.
