Since the establishment of the first tooling factory in 1975, Mansfield has been engaged in the field of precision metal tooling for nearly 50 years, cultivating two tooling design and fabrication centers: Feng Chuan Tooling (Dongguan) and the tooling department of Suzhou Mansfield. With its core competencies in high-precision tooling, progressive tooling and transfer tooling, Mansfield's products are widely used in industries such as office automation equipment, automotive, new energy batteries, servers, and home appliances.
For many years, we have consistently regarded the upgrading and optimization of tooling technology as one of the core competitiveness of the group, and have been committed to the enhancement and advancement of our professional knowledge and engineering capabilities. On one hand, by continuously upgrading advanced design and development software such as UG, Auto CAD, and Solid Works, we have successfully cultivated an experienced and technologically forward-looking development engineering team; On the other hand, we have introduced high-end equipment and instruments such as imported slow wire cutting machines, CNC machining centers, CMM, and blue light scanners, as well as enhanced automation. Recently, we have also added a 3000-ton hydraulic press to improve our tooling testing capabilities, striving to meet the diverse needs of our customers in terms of precision, development efficiency, special product forming, and forming speed.
