2022 Ceremony for The Appointment of Senior Executives and The Person Responsible for Safety Production Was Grandly Held
On April 15th, Mansfield Group held a grand ceremony for the appointment of senior executives of the group and the person in charge of safety production in 2022. Mr. Lou Yiliang, Chairman and CEO, issued the appointment letter to 19 senior executives of the entire group and the persons responsible for safety production for the 5 subsidiaries in mainland China. Some relevant persons in Suzhou, Wuhan, Thailand and Vietnam participated via video conference due to the COVID-19 control policy and accepted the letter of appointment.
After the issuance of the appointment letters, Ms. Zhang Hui, general manager of Mansfield Wuhan, and Mr. Xiao Chengxiang, the person responsible for safety production in MGX, successively delivered their acceptance speeches as representatives, expressing their gratitude for the support and trust of the board of directors and their determination and confidence in the coming year.
At the end of the ceremony, Mr. Lou delivered a speech. He first congratulated all the senior executives and those responsible for safety production, and also put forward three requirements, namely: maintaining awareness of risk and a sense of awe; focusing on direction, execution, results, and innovation in practical work; It is necessary to establish the concept of "safety first" and correctly view the relationship between production and safety. Mr. Lou required the leaders of all subsidiaries to be goal- and result-oriented, adhere to the "three innovations" (i.e., operating innovation, technological innovation, and management innovation), and keep in mind the "six adhere to" (including: 1) adhere to build a marketing strategy that adapts to the times; 2) adhere to the goal of strengthening talent team and continuously improving core competitiveness; 3) adhere to the incentive policy of more work more pay; 4) adhere to guide principle of deepening reform and pursuing higher efficiency; 5) adhere to the requirement of sparing no effort to guarantee product quality; 6) adhere to the aim of realizing the value of Mansfield, our shareholders and employee while realizing the value of customers).
